I have benefited a lot from setting my intentions before I proceed towards anything. Beginning a day with set intentions is the great first step into the day. It helps me act accordingly towards my goals, no matter the magnitude. Setting intentions allows myself to become more mindful of the “what” and “why”. There are a majority that are mindless towards the “what” and “why”. Sometimes we ALL fall into a space of the unknown, which can be uncomfortable. Making sure your intentions are set will lessen the likelihood of that discomfort to come into fruition.
Take care of your mind and your heart.
